Terms of Service

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Site" refers to the website amdis.me and all sub-pages, including but not limited to index.html, about.html, products.html, quality.html, partners.html, journal.html, contact.html and pages under /legal/.
• "Operator" refers to AMDIS d.o.o., a limited liability company registered in Montenegro under company number 5-0825412/001, with its registered office at Bulevar Revolucije 24, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro.
• "User" or "you" refers to any natural or legal person accessing the Site.
• "Content" refers to all text, graphics, images, logos, downloadable materials and software made available through the Site.

2. Use of the site

The Site is provided free of charge for informational purposes. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site.

You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Use the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications or spam.
• Use the Site to knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Site.

3. Account & security

Most areas of the Site are publicly accessible. Where forms or interactive features require submission of personal data (such as the contact form on contact.html or the journal subscription), you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and current. The Operator does not currently provide user accounts; if account functionality is added in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

4. Intellectual property

All Content on the Site is owned by the Operator, its licensors, or its manufacturer partners, and is protected by Montenegrin and international copyright, trademark and database laws.

You may view, download and print Content for personal, non-commercial reference only. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance — requires the prior written consent of the Operator.

Trademarks, service marks and logos displayed on the Site (including AMDIS®, partner manufacturer names and product brand names) are the property of their respective owners.

5. User submissions

By submitting information through any form on the Site — including the contact form, journal subscription, or business-development inquiry — you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, store, and process that information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not submit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. The Operator has no control over the contents of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

7. Medical & regulatory disclaimer

The Site publishes information about pharmaceutical products distributed by the Operator. This information is intended for healthcare professionals, business partners and regulatory authorities only — not for patients seeking medical advice.

Product information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice, a recommendation, or an offer to supply. Therapeutic decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals based on the approved summary of product characteristics (SmPC) and the individual patient's clinical context.

The Operator is a wholesale distribution authorisation holder. The Site does not dispense medicines to the public and is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed pharmacist or physician.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Montenegrin law, the Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose or availability of the Site.

The Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Operator, its officers, employees and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Termination

The Operator may terminate or suspend access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that the Operator believes violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users of the Site, the Operator, or third parties.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes about their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Montenegro in Podgorica (Privredni sud Crne Gore u Podgorici).

Consumers retain any mandatory rights granted by the law of their habitual residence.

12. Changes to these terms

The Operator may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
